This is the second property that Monika and Colin have sold for me. They are extremely easy to work with and understanding of the processes that need to happen, even if you aren't. Questions and issues are handled with diligence. Explanations were thorough and to the point. There were never any questions by me when we finished a conversation. Monika was timely and understanding. She was willing to work around my schedule and andbsee that if I could be around plenty of notes were taken and during the follow up that I was informed properly. Monika had great knowledge of the area. She was a pleasure to work with and helped us at each step of the way. We hadany bumps in the process of selling and buying and Monika was very helpful navigating those issues. She went above and beyond during the process, even helping us unload a Uhaul after we drove from Pennsylvania to Florida when closing got delayed at the last minute. I don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if I had the need I would absolutely work with Monika again!
